Mother’s Day Feature Q &A With Deby Galman
Mother’s Day is a day to celebrate and thank the person who was your best mentor, birthed you, raised you, and taught you. For mothers, its a time to reflect on the joys of being a mother and a time to contemplate the meaning of what motherhood really is. Deby is a FJ mother and she has given us some great insights into what being a mom is like.
MBT: Whats the best thing about being a mother?
DG: The best thing about being a mom is the unconditional love and bond I have with my son.
MBT: Can you share some of your proudest mom moments?
DG: When my son Dylan won the spelling bee, and received his award for being the student/cadet of the month.
MBT: Can you name a trait that you kids got from you?
DG: The determination when he wants something and doing what it takes to get it.
MBT: Every mom has a famous dish, what’s yours?
DG: I would have to say I make killer tacos.
MBT: What advice can you share with new mothers?
DG: Cherish the moments you have with your babies because they grow up way too fast. Support them in every way and give them unconditional love.
MBT: Where do you see yourself in 10 years and does being a mom change this answer in any way?
DG: I see myself continuing to oversee the Financial Department for Mercedes-Benz of Temecula. My son is a driving force to continue to strive for better.
