Employee Spotlight: Reza Nejad
Here at Mercedes-Benz of Temecula, we truly believe the tried-and-true saying, “Happy employees equal happy customers!”
For this week’s Employee Spotlight, we spoke with Reza Nejad, our very own Service Advisor.
“It’s not like working at other dealers. It’s more of a family here from the fellow colleagues and customers—everyone is always excited to be around each other.”
Mercedes-Benz of Temecula: What’s your current title and how long have you been with the Mercedes-Benz of Temecula?
Reza Nejad: I have been part of the Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz of Temecula since 2018 January as a Service Advisor.
MBT: How long have you been in the automotive industry and how did you first get your start?
RN: For 8 years, I worked at three different Mercedes-Benz dealerships. I just love the luxurious aesthetics along with the safety features each vehicle have.
MBT: What do your day-to-day operations consist of?
RN: The most important part of my job consists of making sure the customers feel like a family member. I try to treat every customer as if they were my own parents/siblings. They want to be kept in the loop and feel comfortable that their vehicle is in good hands—that’s why we have Preferred Owner Benefits and Service Specials after all!
MBT: What’s your favorite part about working at Mercedes-Benz of Temecula?
RN: It’s not like working at other dealers. It’s more of a family here from the fellow colleagues and customers—everyone is always excited to be around each other. Though as family friendly as we are, we are also strict in some manners. We push our skills over our limits, regroup if need be, and we make sure we don’t make the same mistake twice.
MBT: What is currently your favorite vehicle?
RN: Mercedes-Benz 560SEC. Definitely Mercedes-Benz 560SEC. It’s one of the classics, and it’s very nice and simplistic. Do check out our current offers, though!

MBT: Have any hobbies or current obsessions?
RN: I used to DJ for a living before I worked as a service advisor. I still do it on the weekends—it keeps me sane!
MBT: If you could see any musical artist (dead or alive) who would it be?
RN: I would love to see Aaliyah. I feel like she passed away at such a young age and was an amazing artist. I would have loved to see where she would have been today.
MBT: If you could visit anywhere in the world that you’ve never been to, where would you go?
RN: I would like to visit my home country of Iran since I have never been there.
MBT: What is your favorite part about living in the city of Temecula?
RN: I just moved to Menifee from Los Angeles (Torrance), and I love it here. Everyone is not so fast-paced and stressed out. Everything is more relaxed, and everyone is polite.
MBT: Finally, what keeps you motivated every day?
RN: My wife Pricila and our four-year-old daughter Soraya. Like any reasonable father, I work hard for them.
