Employee Spotlight: Rose Lucero

Our Guest Experience team is dedicated to ensure that we were able to exceed expectations throughout your visit, even during follow up.  Whether we were able to help you find the car of your dreams or you were just in for a service visit, our team strives to make sure every guest is provided with a 5-star experience.

Our team wouldn’t be complete without Rose Lucero, who oversees our guest experience efforts.  Her daily tasks include ensuring clients are satisfied with their sales and service experience through phone and email contact.  Rose also gathers guest feedback to help properly advise our team to ensure we are always growing and learning.  While she has only been here for six months, Rose has already discovered that her job is an enjoyable atmosphere where she’s able to go above and beyond to make sure every guest has an exceptional experience.

Currently living in Orange County, Rose enjoys spending time with her children, and makes frequent trips to the beach and movies with her family.  She loves working on home improvement projects and always finds herself either painting or rearranging furniture.   A lover of sporty, classic, and sleek cars, Rose would definitely take home a Mercedes-Benz SLK if she could choose any vehicle off of the lot.  The Mercedes-Benz “The Best or Nothing” motto is of large significance to her in personal and professional life as she strives to surpass her own limits. She acknowledges that only the best possible work will deliver the highest result.
