I was fortunate enough to work with Gene R who provided us with a world class experience. I went from considering 5 different brands to two as soon as we began discussing Mercedes. It's obvious he is as passionate and knowledgeable about the brand as he is customer service. After discussing things further and meeting a couple more times, I knew that working with him and Mercedes-Benz Temecula was the only way forward. During the purchasing process, everyone we interacted with was great and continued to leave us with a great impression. Prior to coming to this Dealership I went to Walters in Riverside and had to constantly ask for a responce for 2 days! I came here just to see if I can get a different opinion and get a definite answer whether I was approved or not! When Jacky and Brian saw my Birthday was in 3 days they promised they would not let me leave without a Car! And they kept there promised they went above and beyond and I got a really good deal and left with my new Car! I'm so Happy amd satisfied with my Bebe! I definitely recommend them !

Hey let's go buy a car! After about 2 months of searching my dad helped my husband and I buy a certified used car. It only had... ready for it... 9998 miles on it and was a 2 year old car. We wanted to get a new SUV which would be ultra safe We worked with Alex. Before we made the long trek to Temecula we had already negotiated the price over the phone. When we arrived it was pretty much a no fuss deal. My husband even talked it down another $500 off. This dealership is nice and very clean. They have complimentary kreuig coffee and tea but no snacks. However Alex was enough to get me a bag of Doritos to eat while we were waiting for our car to be touched up Come back again? For sure but probably not for a while

I took my car in for airbags recall. A day prior I received an in dash message indicating one of my brake light was out. I was planning replacing it on Saturday. I took the call in for the airbag recall on Thursday and got it back on the next day. I noticed the brake light message was gone so I checked the brake light and I had been replaced, free of charge. I know it’s just a brake light but it’s all about the principle that they replaced it free of charge without me mentioning it to them. Way to go Alvaro Acevedo. Thanks
