Essential Duties and Responsibilities at Mercedes-Benz of Temecula

As part of our technician team, you will be expected to perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Our dispatcher will give you a service order, at which time you will take the customer’s vehicle to the service stall to perform the requested service in the allocated time. This may simply mean that you perform standard service, or it may include diagnosing a problem. You will need to be in contact with the parts department to obtain any parts or fluids you need; you will also be required to let the service advisor know if there are any changes (for example, if further service is needed or if the service will take longer than expected). You must follow all local, state, and federal regulations for automotive service and dealership standards.
