Excellent dealership. Directed to a parking space and immediately asked how to be helped. Alex out contact person had Miguel show us a number of vehicles. After driving a few we decided on the GLE 580 and drive home after a streamline financial service with Javier. We will return when we are looking for another car

We stopped in to finalize an end - of a lease with our MB. The team at Temecula MBenz were very professional, and attentive. Jackie, The Sales Manager, Miranda, the sales consultant, and Chuka, the Finance Director were all wonderful. We enjoyed the experience. We did keep our MB as we were very satisfied. Excellent service for my 2019 C 300 I love this car and they took care of it really well there was a leak on the cooling system and they took care of the leak and put a new part that was made out of aluminum instead of plastic so I will never have the same problem again thank you so much Mercedes-Benz of Temecula. Also wanna give a shout out to Alec he did a great job even when I couldn’t make it back to the dealership he sent someone to go pick up my car and leave me a loaner at my job.

I visited the Service department today to have a recall addressed on my Sprinter van. Alec was incredibly helpful, and Cesar kindly gave me a ride home while the work was being done. The entire team was friendly and attentive. I also picked up some parts from the Parts department, and Cougar went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Great service all around!

First time at Temecula Mercedes service department. But it will not be my last. I am a picky owner of an AMG CLA 45 and I needed the first service done. I can tell you picky it’s a small world to describe my requirements. It was a great experience! Everybody there was nice and caring and professional! It was fast and with no issues or drama.
