When you start feeling sick, you wouldn’t wait months to go to the doctor. Why should your Mercedes-Benz be any different?

The best way to protect your new car is to start caring for it from the beginning. When it comes to your Mercedes-Benz, the first step on the road toward lifelong ownership begins when you take your precious investment to its required service checkups.

But how do you know when to bring your Mercedes-Benz in for its required maintenance? Mercedes-Benz of Temecula has the answers to all of your questions.

Mercedes-Benz Engine

It’s Time for Service A (Every 10,000 miles/12 months; whichever comes first)

All late-model Mercedes-Benz vehicles feature the Mercedes-Benz Maintenance System.* This system measures the time and distance between service intervals.  After you reach 10,000 miles or one year of ownership, the system will tell you it’s time for Service A.

Each service notification arrives in your driver information center roughly 30 days before your Service A or B is due. This gives you plenty of time to pay a visit to Mercedes-Benz of Temecula’s service drive and fulfill your current interval!

Here’s what is included in your Service A:

  • Mercedes-Benz Synthetic Motor Oil Replacement
  • Oil filter replacement
  • Fluid levels check and correction
  • Tire inflation check and correction
  • Brake component inspection
  • Reset maintenance counter

Once all your vehicle’s necessary repairs are finished; we’ll reset the counter so you’re good to go for until next scheduled appointment.

Cucurious to know when you’re due for service? Simply look on the dashboard of your Mercedes-Benz by going onto your vehicle’s “Service” setting and clicking on the “Assyst Plus” feature. Your Mercedes-Benz will tell you how many miles are left until you’re due for your Service A or Service B.
