Mark told me “the military doesn’t get paid. my son is an E4 and made 25k last year”... i explained to Mark that I am in the military and recruit for the Navy and he showed no remorse for what he said. he never apologized and denied the entire situation in front of his sales manager Jackie even though Chris Lanza the GM was there when he disrespected my career to my wife and I. he was very confrontational and aggressive for no reason. It does not surprise me that he doesn’t have any positive reviews

On February 27, 2021, I visited Mercedes Benz of Temecula with intent to purchase a 2020 BMW X5 (initially advertised at price $57,888 and upon my inquiry submission the price was increased to $58,888). When I visited the dealership on February 27th, I was assisted by Frank Aftahi who apparently passed my contact info to Alex Aftahi who took over on February 28th the process of purchasing of my next vehicle. At a point during the process I was unsure who I am working with since multiple people from the dealership were texting me with conflicting and confusing info about the vehicle. During my interaction (by phone and by text), Alex Aftahi demonstrated zero credibility. He changed the price of the vehicle 3 times in one hour (from $57,500 to $59,888). In my view, the dealership utilizes a ‘’fishing’’ strategy by advertising attractive prices and upon commitment by prospective buyer increases the price few thousand dollars. This may explain the fact that the dealership was unwilling to provide me with a written buyer’s order with price breakdown. They demanded me to personally visit the dealership which is in contrary with the COVID 19 remote purchase options that the dealership offers on its website. I felt completely insulted as a prospective customer. This has been a very unpleasant experience and a total waste of my time. I am really interested to know how the dealership management tolerates such a poor business conduct and unethical practices. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Sincerely, V

I went into the dealership with the goal of finding a new A 220 to drive off the lot. Omar was there waiting for me, and he was an amazing person to work with. On top of the dealership looking like a 5 star international hotel, I pulled up to the dealership with the intent of just looking around. What I can instantly say is I love how I didn’t get immediately shark attacked by a bunch of reps. I actually approached Mr. Tarantino about a question I had about the car. Extremely courteous, catered to my every need, even the finance guy Mr. Molter was friggin hilarious. The sales manager Elon knows exactly what he’s talking about, doesn’t pressure you into anything, and even till post sale, the dealer Mr. Tarantino still answers my questions I have about the car in a timely, happily manner. 10/10 experience, and I love the crap out of my amg baby!!!

I had a problem with the new sprinter van at the service department. A three hour service became two weeks plus. I Talked to the general manager Chris and he did not even tried to solve the problem. Very disappointed over all service. Don’t recommend Temecula Mercedes Vans .
I picked up my Sprinter this past week. I interacted with five dealerships over the summer before deciding on Temecula MB, and not one of those other dealers compared with Lauren Rose's responsiveness, knowledge of the Sprinter, or ease in building a personal connection. Nolan responded immediately after I submitted an inquiry and provided several build sheets with options I was considering. When I visited the dealer to meet Lauren and look at different options I was considering, she had pulled up three vans to the side of the building to illustrate the differences and walked me through each one of them. All of that said, I was not the least bit surprised when I showed up this past week and found the picking-up process to be low key, professional, and even light hearted. It was an enjoyable experience coming in to pick up my van and I was on my way back home with my van in a little over an hour.

Alex Aftahi is very knowledgeable of the product he is representing and can process orders very quickly and efficiently. Any setbacks he resolves immediately. Chris Lanza is the General Manager and runs a 1st. class operation. Customer satisfaction is very important to him.

Original deal made was a little misleading .But they made it right. Look the used cars over really carefully there refurbishing practices are questionable. Service Dept is outstandind.
Everything about this dealership exudes professionalism. I dealt mostly with Lauren Rose, and she had me out of there with my new financed vehicle in around an hour and a half. You cannot beat that. I had zero issues, and the vehicle was ready, spotless, and exactly as described. Nolan Lopshire was also very helpful in the online interaction phase, always answered promptly and with a great spirit. Thank you all, it was a privilege doing business.

Returned once again to purchase a new vehicle. The GLE350 is an outstanding vehicle but I needed the extra power of larger engine. Instead of trading my vehicle in at another dealership for a different brand SUV, the sales associates at Temecula MB offered me the opportunity to drive a GLE450 4Matic. I was more than impressed with the power, handling, and similar features of my former GLE350. An offer was presented to me that was both agreeable and fairly priced. I accepted. No sales pitch, no pressure, no haggling. The sale was focused on my requirements, the ability of the vehicle to satisfy my needs, and at a price that offered the best limited out of pocket cost.
